It can be used to make Moi moi, Akara and Gbegiri. Preparatory guidelines are given
on the back of every pack, It’s very easy to use
Queens bean flour is packaged in 500G and there are 10 packs in every carton. A pack of 500g makes 10-12 cups of moi-moi or 100-110 balls of Akara.
Quite a number of us don’t prepare moi moi and akara at our homes because of the long process of picking, washing and grinding the beans. With Queens bean flour, you don’t have to go through that stress Moi- moi can be done in less than 45 minutes and Akara less than 20 minutes and the taste is heavenly!. Also, some of us have tried bean flour made by other companies but have been left disappointed because the products are adulterated.
We all know that moi-moi and akara has a lot of health benefits. It’s high in protein and is amazing for weight loss
